Cilantro Chile Halibut Recipe

  • 4 halibut fillets
  • 1 cup Archer Farms™ cilantro chile marinade and grill sauce
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place fish fillets in a 13×9-incch baking dish; top with marinade.
  2. Bake fish for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. . Meanwhile, gently toss tomatoes, avocado and onions. Season to taste with salt.
  4. To serve, top halibut with the tomato mixture.
