- 4 halibut fillets
- 1 cup Archer Farms™ cilantro chile marinade and grill sauce
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place fish fillets in a 13×9-incch baking dish; top with marinade.
- Bake fish for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- . Meanwhile, gently toss tomatoes, avocado and onions. Season to taste with salt.
- To serve, top halibut with the tomato mixture.
