Chorizo guacamole Recipe

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • 3 tbsp roughly chopped chives
  • 150g/5½oz cooked chorizo sausage, roughly chopped
  1. Scoop the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the avocado to prevent it from discolouring.
  3. Lightly crush the avocado with a fork.
  4. Skin and roughly chop the chorizo.
  5. Roughly chop the chives and then fold everything together with the avocado and serve.
