Chorizo Cha-Cha Stuffing Recipe

  • 3 packages Market Pantry™ Corn Bread Stuffing Mix
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 (1 pound) package Archer Farms™ fresh Chorizo Sausage Links
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Market Pantry™ Corn, drained
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
  1. Make stuffing mix like it says on the package, using butter and water.
  2. Squeeze sausage out of the casings and brown in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the corn and chiles to sausage.
  4. Stir in the cooked cornbread stuffing and serve.
