Chorizo and Egg Toppers Recipe

  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked chorizo, drained
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 30 RITZ Crackers
  1. Mix eggs, chorizo and mayo until well blended. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread about 1-1/2 teaspoons of the egg mixture onto each cracker just before serving.
