Chocolate Strawberry and Donut Kabobs Recipe

  • 1/3 cup Market Pantry™ semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 8 large strawberries
  • 8 Market Pantry™ bakery donut holes
  • 8 large mint leaves
  1. Melt chocolate chips in small microwavable bowl. Stir in oil.
  2. Dip or spoon chocolate over bottom third to half of strawberries. Place on wax paper to let chocolate set, about 5 minutes.
  3. To assemble, thread 1 donut hole, 1 mint leaf and 1 chocolate-dipped strawberry on each of eight 4 1/2 to 5-inch bamboo skewers.
