- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 1 cup fat-free chocolate ice cream
- 1/2 cup nonfat or skim evaporated milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tbsp light chocolate syrup
- 1 tbsp malted-milk powder
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 crumbled chocolate chip or Oreo cookies
- Place all ingredients in a blender and whip thoroughly. For a thicker milk shake, add an additional tablespoon or 2 of malted-milk powder until shake reaches desired thickness. (Each tablespoon adds 40 calories and 0.25 g fat per shake.)
