Chocolate fruits Recipe
- 200g/7oz good quality white chocolate, broken into pieces
- 210ml/7fl oz double cream
- 700g/1½lb frozen mixed summer berries
- Heat some water to boiling point in a saucepan big enough to sit a large heatproof bowl.
- Place the chocolate into the bowl and place it over the pan of boiling water. Don't allow the base of the bowl to come into contact with the water.
- Melt the chocolate and then add the double cream and incorporate it into the chocolate.
- Place the frozen berries in a serving dish and pour over the hot chocolate mixture and serve.
