Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Pie Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Keebler® Ready Crust® Chocolate Pie Crust
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  1. In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar, chocolate and vanilla. Beat until combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until just combined after each addition.
  2. Place crust on baking sheet. Pour cream cheese mixture into crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is almost set.
  3. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Spread pie filling over top. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
