- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 Keebler® Ready Crust® Chocolate Pie Crust
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar, chocolate and vanilla. Beat until combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until just combined after each addition.
- Place crust on baking sheet. Pour cream cheese mixture into crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Spread pie filling over top. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
