Chive and Onion Sweet Potato Mash Recipe

  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
  • 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Product
  • 1 tablespoon OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain potatoes; return to pan. Mash until smooth. Add cream cheese product; stir until melted.
  3. Sprinkle with bacon.
