- 1 (12 ounce) package fresh salmon
- 3 tablespoons Archer Farms™ chipotle raspberry grill sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 wheat hamburger buns, cut in half
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place salmon on a small baking sheet. Season salmon with salt and pepper and spread with 1 tablespoon of chipotle raspberry sauce. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove skin from salmon and cut into 4 pieces.
- Mix remaining chipotle raspberry sauce with mayonnaise.
- Serve salmon on buns topped with spoonful of mayonnaise mixture.
