- 1 (9.5 ounce) package Pepperidge Farm® Mini Puff Pastry Shells
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon chopped chipotle pepper
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1/2 cup cooked lobster meat, diced (available frozen)
- 1 medium avocado, seeded, peeled and diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Fresh cilantro leaves
- Bake, cool and remove the 'tops' of the pastry shells according to the package directions.
- Stir the mayonnaise, cilantro, chipotle pepper, lime juice and zest in a medium bowl. Add the lobster, avocado and green onions and toss to coat.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon lobster mixture into each pastry shell. Garnish with the cilantro. Serve immediately.
