- 1 pound cubed cooked chicken
- 1 large head lettuce, torn into small pieces
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 5 stalks celery, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/2 cup chow mein noodles, crushed
- 6 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons peanut oil
- In a large salad bowl combine the chicken, lettuce, green onion, celery, sesame seeds and noodles. Mix all together. Set aside.
- To Make Dressing: Put vinegar in a small bowl. Dissolve SPLENDA(R) and salt in vinegar before whisking in the peanut oil.
- Add dressing to salad and toss to coat. Serve and enjoy!
