Chilli fried eggs Recipe

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 free-range eggs
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 hot chapattis
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Carefully break the eggs into the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
  2. Place the warm chapattis onto a plate and place the fried eggs on top.
  3. To serve, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and sprinkle over the chilli flakes and parsley.
