Chili Nacho Dip Recipe
- 1 (25 ounce) container Signature Stompin' Steakhouse Chili
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Safeway SELECT Chipotle Salsa or other desired salsa
- 1/2 cup guacamole (optional)
- Tortilla chips for serving
- Grease a 9-1/2 inch deep dish pie dish. Spoon chili into bottom of dish. Add crushed tortilla chips and stir until thoroughly mixed. Smooth top. Sprinkle cheese over chili, leaving a 1/2-inch border of chili showing around the outer edge. Spread sour cream over cheese, leaving a 1/2-inch border of cheese. Spread salsa over sour cream, leaving a 1/4-inch border of sour cream.
- Microwave covered on high (100%) for 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. If desired, spread guacamole in a circle over salsa. Serve with tortilla chips.
