Chili Mac Ole Recipe
- 1 (7 ounce) package elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1 (15 ounce) can HORMEL® Chili No Beans
- 1 (10 ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, drained
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain. In saucepan, heat remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese until cheese melts, stirring frequently. Spoon macaroni onto serving platter. Pour hot chili mixture over macaroni. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheese over chili.
