Chili Mac Ole Recipe

  • 1 (7 ounce) package elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 (15 ounce) can HORMEL® Chili No Beans
  • 1 (10 ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, drained
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
  1. Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain. In saucepan, heat remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese until cheese melts, stirring frequently. Spoon macaroni onto serving platter. Pour hot chili mixture over macaroni. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheese over chili.
