Chili Glazed Salmon Recipe

  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, skinless
  • 1/2 cup VH® Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons VH® Soya Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • PAM® Cooking Spray
  1. Spray glass baking dish with PAM(R). Place salmon in dish.
  2. Stir together VH(R) Sweet Thai Chili sauce, VH(R) Soya sauce and orange juice. Pour over salmon.
  3. Bake in a 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
