- 2 (15 ounce) cans HORMEL® Chili No Beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 7 jalapeno peppers
- 1 head garlic
- 1 lime
- 3 avocados
- 1 (12 ounce) package MANNY'S® 8-inch Fajita Style Flour Tortillas
- 1 pound medium Cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- Salt
- To make the pico de gallo: Dice tomatoes, red onions, jalapeno peppers, garlic and cilantro. Add juice of one lime. To make the guacamole: Smash up avocados. Add some of the pico de gallo. Add salt to taste. Then take a tortilla, add a layer of refried beans, a layer of chili and a layer of cheese. Cover with an additional tortilla and heat in a frying pan. Once toasted, serve with sour cream, pico de gallo and guacamole on the side.
