- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 small (4 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (10 ounce) tub Philadelphia Tomato Basil Cooking Creme Cream Cheese Product
- 2 tablespoons water
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (170 degrees F). Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
- Add garlic to skillet; cook and stir 1 min. Add Cooking Creme and water; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.
- Spoon sauce over chicken.
