Chicken Tortellini Soup with Broccoli Recipe

  • 6 cups water
  • 3 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 (8 ounce) package dried cheese tortellini
  • 9 ounces broccoli florets
  1. Bring water, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, cooked chicken, onion, carrots, garlic, basil, and oregano to a boil in a large pot. Add tortellini and reduce heat to medium-low; simmer for 30 minutes. Stir broccoli into soup mixture and continue to simmer until broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes more.
