- 2 Archer Farms™ organic spinach & garlic with feta chicken sausages, crumbled
- 2 cups Archer Farms™ organic tomato basil pasta sauce
- 1 tablespoon Archer farms™ organic extra virgin olive oil
- 1 (18 ounce) package organic polenta
- 1 tablespoon chopped organic parsley
- Heat sausage and sauce in small saucepan over low heat until hot.
- Meanwhile, cut polenta into 12 slices. In 12-inch skillet heat olive oil over medium heat until hot. Add polenta slices. Cook 6 to 7 minutes or until light golden brown, turning once.
- To serve, place 3 slices on serving plate, top with 1/4 of the sausage mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
