- 1 1/4 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast meat
- 3 stalks celery, cut into small dice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- In a small bowl, sprinkle salt over halved cherry tomatoes; set aside. In another small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce; set aside.
- Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, celery, parsley, and green onions. Stir in mayonnaise mixture. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
