Chicken Quesadilla Appetizer Recipe

  • 2 (8 inch) Market Pantry™ flour tortillas
  • 1 (10 ounce) package pre-cooked chicken breast strips
  • 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ shredded Mexican-style taco cheese
  • 1 (7 ounce) container pico de gallo
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix
  • Guacamole, if desired
  1. Top one tortilla with the chicken strips. Layer with shredded cheese, 2 tablespoons of the pico de gallo and taco seasoning. Top with the other tortilla.
  2. Heat quesadilla in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until both sides are brown and crispy, turning once.
  3. Cut quesadilla into wedges. Serve with more pico de gallo and guacamole.
