Chicken Pasta Toss Recipe

  • 8 ounces Archer Farms™ Whole wheat fusilli pasta
  • 1 small zucchini, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
  • 2 cups Archer Farms™ organic roasted garlic pasta sauce
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding zucchini during last 5 minutes of cooking; drain.
  2. Meanwhile heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken. Cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear. Add tomatoes and pasta sauce. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until mixture is hot.
  3. Gently toss chicken mixture into pasta. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
