Chicken Parmesan Meatball Sliders Recipe

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Ragu® Old World Style® Traditional Pasta Sauce
  • 12 slider rolls, halved horizontally
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Combine chicken, bread crumbs, garlic, oregano, salt, egg and mozzarella together in a bowl. Mix well and roll into 12 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in an oven-proof skillet. Bake until meatballs are cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Heat Ragu(R) Old World Style(R) Pasta Sauce until warmed through. Toast the rolls.
  5. To make a slider, spoon sauce on the bottom of a slider bun. Top with meatball and top of bun. Serve.
