- 2 slices pineapple from a can, chopped
- ½ lime, juice only
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ red chilli, finely chopped
- ½ ready-cooked chicken breast, chopped
- handful of mixed fresh herbs e.g. mint, basil, coriander and parsley
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl, stri well and serve.
