- 1/2 cup diced chicken breast
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup canned peach slices, drained and chopped
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 4 slices multigrain bread
- Mix the chicken, celery, onion, peaches, almonds, and mayonnaise in a bowl and spoon onto the bread.
