- 5 cooked chestnuts (from a pack), sliced
- 5 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 fig, sliced
- 1 orange, segmented
- Place the chestnuts, Greek yoghurt and honey into a food processor and blend.
- Place into a chefs' ring and chill in the fridge for ten minutes.
- To serve, take out of the fridge and carefully remove the chefs' ring.
- Decorate the outside with the fig slices and place orange segments on top.
