Cherry-Rhubarb Crisp Recipe

  • 4 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Prepare a 13×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix rhubarb and cherry pie filling together in a bowl; spread into bottom of prepared baking dish.
  3. Stir brown sugar, flour, oats, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a bowl until crumbly; sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown on top, about 30 minutes.
