- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
- 1 (1 ounce) package herb and garlic soup mix
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and soup mix together in a large bowl. Spread in a 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until center is heated through and mozzarella cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
