Cheesecake with Chocolate-Cherry Sauce Recipe

  • 1/4 cup whipping (heavy) cream
  • 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Triple Sec or orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh cherries, pitted, halved
  • 1 (21 ounce) package Archer Farms™ New York-Style cheesecake, thawed
  1. Place cream and chocolate in microwavable bowl. Microwave on High for 25 to 30 seconds or until cream is hot. Stir until smooth. Stir in Triple Sec until blended. Stir in cherries.
  2. Cut cheesecake into 5 servings. Spoon sauce over cheesecake slices.
