Cheeseburger Macaroni from RED GOLD® Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can RED GOLD® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery & Green Pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups American processed cheese singles, shredded
  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Drain well. Add tomatoes and water; bring to a boil.
  2. Add macaroni and bring back to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook for 10 minutes or until macaroni is done. Sprinkle cheese on top and stir until cheese is melted.
