Cheese Tortellini in Mushroom Sauce Recipe

  • 1 (19 ounce) package Safeway SELECT Refrigerated Verdi Five Cheese Tortellini
  • 1 (25 ounce) container Signature Bistro Mushroom Trio Soup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Produce Stand Chives, chopped
  1. Cook tortellini as package directs. Meanwhile, heat 2 cups of the mushroom soup until hot. Drain tortellini and return to saucepan. Pour soup over tortellini, add chives, season with pepper and toss.
