Cheese Stuffing Recipe

  • 1 (6 ounce) package Stove Top Stuffing Mix with chicken flavor
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons Lucerne Sweet Cream Butter or margarine
  • 1 zucchini, finely diced
  • 1 cup shredded Lucerne Cheddar Cheese
  1. In a medium saucepan, mix contents of Stove Top Stuffing Mix vegetable/seasoning package with 1 cup water.
  2. Add butter or margarine and chopped zucchini. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in cheese and stuffing crumbs. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
