- 1 (11 ounce) package refrigerated soft breadsticks
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup evaporated fat-free milk
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups Kellogg's Special K®, crushed
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, thoroughly drained
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Arrange dough in circle on lightly floured surface. Let rest 10 minutes. With rolling pin, flatten dough into 12-inch circle, sealing all holes. Place in 10-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Combine egg whites, milk, flour, salt, mustard and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
- Place remaining ingredients evenly in crust, in order listed. Pour egg mixture over ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees F about 45 minutes or until center is set. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
