Champ Chili Recipe

  • 1 pound Archer Farms™ chorizo sausage
  • 2 cups Archer Farms™ salsa
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  1. Cook sausage as directed on package, using a large saucepan. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In same large pan, mix sausage and remaining ingredients, except cheese. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Ladle chili into bowls and top with shredded cheese.
