- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 large handful fresh basil
- 1 large handful flatleaf parsley
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 1 handful cashew nuts
- toasted ciabatta, to serve
- Place all of the ingredients, except the ciabatta, into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve spread thickly onto the toasted ciabatta.
