- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds, chopped fine
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup paper-thin slices peeled celery
- In a bowl whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, caraway seeds, and salt and pepper to taste and stir in carrot and celery.
