Caribbean Kabobs Recipe

  • 12 large uncooked prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 12 sea scallops, uncooked
  • 12 fresh pearl onions, peeled
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 1 bottle Archer Farms™ Mango Curry Sauce
  1. Cut the bell pepper into 12, 1-inch squares.
  2. Cut scallops into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  3. Thread all prawns, scallops, onions and green peppers onto four metal skewers, alternating ingredients.
  4. Marinate kabobs in mango curry sauce.
  5. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, or until scallops and shrimp are firm but still tender.
