Caribbean Jerk Ribs Recipe

  • 1 (3 pound) package St. Louis style pork spareribs, cut into fourths
  • 2 tablespoons Sutton & Dodge™ Caribbean spice rub
  1. Heat grill for indirect cooking by heating only one side of grill on high.
  2. Spread rub over all surfaces of the ribs.
  3. Place ribs on grill away from the heat. Cover and cook for 45 to 50 minutes, turning occasionally, until ribs are tender.
