- 1 (3 pound) package St. Louis style pork spareribs, cut into fourths
- 2 tablespoons Sutton & Dodge™ Caribbean spice rub
- Heat grill for indirect cooking by heating only one side of grill on high.
- Spread rub over all surfaces of the ribs.
- Place ribs on grill away from the heat. Cover and cook for 45 to 50 minutes, turning occasionally, until ribs are tender.
