Caramelized Bourbon Bacon Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce) package Smithfield® Thick Cut Bacon
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper. Remove
  2. bacon from package and space evenly without overlapping slices.
  3. Place pans in oven and bake 15 minutes. Rotate pans halfway through baking time.
  4. Remove from oven. Carefully drain grease from pans.
  5. Brush bacon with bourbon/maple syrup/honey mixture. Return to oven and bake 3-5 minutes. Let cool slightly and serve immediately.
