Caprese Sliders from Hatfield® Recipe

  • Sliders:
  • 6 ounces Hatfield® Recipe Essentials Hot Italian Sausage
  • 3 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 6 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 ounces basil aioli
  • Accompaniments:
  • 3 sesame buns
  • 4 ounces prepared potato wedges
  1. Take 6 ounces of hot Italian sausage and form 3 (2-ounce) slider patties.
  2. Grill the hot Italian sausage patties on grill or griddle for 6-7 min. Before finished, top with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Toast the sesame rolls and assemble by placing a grilled cheesed patty, sliced tomato, and fresh basil on the sesame roll bottom. Top with basil aioli and sesame roll top.
  4. Serve with potato wedges tossed in parmesan cheese.
