- 2 tablespoons instant decaffeinated coffee granules
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 quart low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- Ground cinnamon
- Dissolve coffee in boiling water, then slowly beat into frozen yogurt. If mixture is too soft, beat in additional frozen yogurt. Spoon into 4 coffee mugs and garnish with cinnamon. Freeze until ready to serve; let soften for 15 minutes before serving.
