Campbells Kitchen Penne with Sausage and Peppers Recipe

  • 1 pound sweet Italian pork sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans Campbell's® Golden Pork Gravy
  • 2 2/3 cups penne pasta, cooked and drained
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook the sausage in a 12-inch skillet until well browned, stirring often. Stir in the pepper, onion and oregano and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  2. Stir the gravy in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through.
  3. Add the pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the cheese.
