Campari Affogato With Lemon Sorbet Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Campari
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 pint lemon sorbet
  • 2 (2×1-inch) strips orange zest, thinly sliced lengthwise
  1. Mix Campari and orange juice in a small bowl. Divide sorbet among 4 small serving bowls or coffee cups. Pour 2 Tbsp. Campari mixture into each bowl. Top with orange zest.
