California Guacamole with Bacon Recipe

  • 4 ripe avocados – peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp, drained and crumbled
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce to taste (optional)
  1. Place the avocados in a bowl, and stir in the bacon, tomatoes, onion, and garlic until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add hot pepper sauce, if desired. Serve immediately.
