California Black Olive Pesto Recipe

  • 1 cup Lindsay Naturals Black Ripe Pitted olives
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1/8 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  1. Place olives, basil and nuts in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Slowly add olive oil while still pulsing.
  3. Add Parmesan, plus pepper.
