- 1 head Tanimura & Antle® Iceberg Lettuce
- 3/4 cup creamy Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup chipotle salsa
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
- 6 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- Garlic crostini
- Core lettuce; rinse and drain well. Cut into 6 wedges.
- Mix dressing and salsa; spoon over wedges, as desired. Sprinkle with olives and cheese. Serve with crostini.
