Caesar Wedge with a Kick Recipe

  • 1 head Tanimura & Antle® Iceberg Lettuce
  • 3/4 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup chipotle salsa
  • 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 6 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic crostini
  1. Core lettuce; rinse and drain well. Cut into 6 wedges.
  2. Mix dressing and salsa; spoon over wedges, as desired. Sprinkle with olives and cheese. Serve with crostini.
