- 1 pound Arctic Shores™ Jumbo Tail-On Cooked Shrimp, thawed
- 4 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 (10 ounce) package romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup prepared Caesar salad dressing
- 1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- Caesar salad croutons
- Thaw shrimp and preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place shrimp on skewers.
- Combine oil, lemon juice and lemon pepper seasoning in a small bowl; brush on shrimp.
- Place shrimp on grill for 1-2 minutes or until heated through, turning once.
- Combine lettuce, dressing, cheese and croutons in large bowl; toss to coat. Divide among 4 large salad bowls or plates and top with your grilled shrimp.
