Caesar Salad with Grilled Shrimp Recipe

  • 1 pound Arctic Shores™ Jumbo Tail-On Cooked Shrimp, thawed
  • 4 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 (10 ounce) package romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup prepared Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Caesar salad croutons
  1. Thaw shrimp and preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place shrimp on skewers.
  2. Combine oil, lemon juice and lemon pepper seasoning in a small bowl; brush on shrimp.
  3. Place shrimp on grill for 1-2 minutes or until heated through, turning once.
  4. Combine lettuce, dressing, cheese and croutons in large bowl; toss to coat. Divide among 4 large salad bowls or plates and top with your grilled shrimp.
