- 2 (16 ounce) jars cactus
- 1 diced tomato
- 4 teaspoons chopped cilantro
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 cup shredded cotija cheese
- 1 avocado, diced
- 5 pickled Serrano peppers, sliced (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Oregano, to taste
- Mix drained cactus, tomatoes, cilantro, onion, vinegar, avocado and peppers. Add salt and oregano to taste, sprinkle with Cotija cheese and serve.
