Cabaret Recipe

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry vermouth
  • 1/4 teaspoon Benedictine
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • Maraschino cherry
  1. Combine all ingredients, except the cherry, in a mixing glass and stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the cherry.
